Harnessing the Power of Waves

Dn17446-2_300 As we enter the beginning of the end of fossil fuels, alternative energy sources are going to be needed, and in abundance.  New Scientist has a few neat pictures of these weird looking (but hopefully effective!) ocean power stations here.

You should subscribe to the magazine Popular Science. They have a lot of really interesting articles about new ways to harness solar, wind etc. energy. Great magazine, I bet you would like it.
